Holistic, respectful and understandable
In our primary care practice, we look at your symptoms in the overall context of body, mind and life circumstances. Many physical complaints interact with stress, burdens, worries or emotional factors, and conversely, emotional strain can influence or intensify physical symptoms.
Psychosomatic approaches can be particularly helpful for symptoms that cannot be explained by physical causes alone, for example chronic pain, functional complaints such as irritable bowel syndrome, fatigue or exhaustion, but also stress-related, sleep-related or anxiety-related problems.
In consultations with you, we look together for possible connections and burdens, discuss your symptoms and develop practical strategies that help you cope better with your complaints and improve your quality of life. These include medical consultations, primary care measures and, if necessary, recommending or accompanying you toward further psychosocial or therapeutic support.
