2. General information on data processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our services, or where you have expressly authorised us to do so.
3. Server log files
When you access our website, technical information transmitted automatically by your browser is processed (e.g. IP address, date and time, URL accessed, browser type and operating system). This processing is carried out to ensure reliable operation, for error analysis and for IT security, on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Analytics with Umami
We use Umami (self-hosted) to analyse the use of our website and to improve our services. The following information may be processed in particular:
- Pages and URLs visited
- Referrer information
- Browser, device and operating system information
- Approximate geographic information (derived)
- Times and number of page views
Umami is operated by us. Tracking data is not passed on to external analytics providers. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical and economic optimisation of our services).
5. Online reception and contact forms
Via the online reception you can submit requests for prescription renewals, sick notes and other certificates. We process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, insurance status and, where applicable, medical information).
Where health data is submitted, processing is based on Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the fulfilment of the treatment or care relationship. The data submitted is used exclusively by practice staff to process your request.
Appointment booking: For online appointment booking you will be redirected to Doctolib (Doctolib GmbH, Mehringdamm 33, 10961 Berlin). The Doctolib privacy policy applies to data processing on their platform.
6. Opt-out (Umami)
You can change the Umami tracking setting at any time using the link below:
If you disable tracking, a local preference is stored in your browser and no further analysis will take place. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, this will also be respected and your visit will not be tracked.
7. Retention periods
Technical access data (log files) is deleted after no more than 30 days. Data submitted via the online reception is deleted after processing is complete, unless statutory retention obligations apply (medical records up to 10 years pursuant to § 630f BGB).

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the following rights:
